Aligning with ER&D industry’s objective and our major contribution towards

increasing demand on quality of resources and timely delivery, we are glad to share that Mr.H.V.Venkatesh has joined us as ‘Head of Technology & Talent Management.

Venkatesh is a veteran trainer with over 30 years of experience including an 18-year stint as Principal at NTTF, and 12 years
of service in Engineering Design,

Mechatronics, Manufacturing Process and Precision Engineering industries across various capacities. He is specialized in design and delivery of industry oriented skill development programs and also works closely with the Government and industry bodies in structuring training projects. Venkatesh is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA Graduate. He is actively involved in social service & nurturing of employable youth in the technical field.

Venkatesh will lead the major initiative of capacity and capability building at Harita in line with customer requirements.

developing ‘Employable Young Engineers’, we are extremely glad to share that ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India-Pune), the nodal body for Automotive Engineering in India has partnered with Harita Techserv in launching the industry first ‘Certificate Course on Design Engineering’ for Engineering graduates. Harita’s association with ARAI is a hallmark of recognition for our FSP (Finishing School Program) initiatives and the first batch of this joint certification program has commenced in July 2011.

In order to secure its unique identity and proprietary knowledge, Harita has applied for trademarks and copyright registration with the Government of India - Trade Marks Registry. The trademark registration will be applicable to the corporate brand “Harita Techserv Ltd™” and its flagship training program - “Prerana™” - our unique Industry specific Finishing School Program (FSP). The objective of this program is to train graduate engineers and junior executives with employable skills more suitable for ‘Engineering services industry’ which helps them to gain the necessary momentum and move up in their career domain.
