Gopal Srinivasan - Chairman
A member of the TVS family, a commerce graduate, an MBA from University of Michigan, an industry-savvy entrepreneur, an angel investor, and a visionary . Gopal Srinivasan wears many hats. And at the helm of Harita as the Chairman, he has taken the company to greater heights of excellence. He is the founder and Director of TVS Electronics Limited, Director of Sundaram-Clayton Ltd., TVS Capital and on the board of several other group companies.
Srilalitha Gopal - Managing Director
A true leader with an eye for detail, Srilalitha's long term strategy and direction has enabled the business to flourish in line with the vision - To be the most preferred design engineering and talent services partner, ensuring success for every stakeholder. A social evangelist, she provides active directional support to the TVS-E cluster of companies in their CSR initiatives through Shree Cheema Foundation. Srilalitha is an Engineering Graduate in Computer Science from IISc, Bengaluru.
H. Lakshmanan - Director
Lakshmanan brings with him a legacy of half a century with the TVS Group. After joining the group in 1953, Lakshmanan had an illustrious career and became the Executive Director of Sundaram Clayton Limited in 1982 and continues to hold the position. He brings to the table his vast expertise in the areas of Finance, HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration and Management.
Dr Sridhar Mitta - Director
Dr. Mitta is Founder & Managing Director of Nextwealth and former Managing Director at e4e Labs, India. For over 27 years, Dr. Mitta has been an internationally recognized expert in the management of Research and Development in IT. He was the founder and CEO of Santa Clara, California based EnThink, an intellectual property design and licensing firm for software building blocks for Internet Appliances. He also served as the head of Wipro's Global R&D Center.
R. S. Raghavan - Director
Raghavan has an experience of over 28 Years of which more than 18 years in the Financial Services sector. An Economics graduate and a qualified accountant with ACA, ACS, AICWA , he has handled roles in Finance, Treasury, Secretarial, Business & Financial structuring as well as Mergers/demergers.
